2024-2025 Enrollment Calendar

February 9, 2024

New student enrollment opens 

Enrollment fee: $250 per student 

After March 10th: $300

Enrollment fee: $350 per student after April 20th 

Enrollment closes on April 20th, 2024 at 8 P.M.

 Admissions Process for New Students

1. Fill out the online application by clicking on the application tab. HERE: 

2. Pay the non-refundable application fee ($45/student or $80/family) online or mailed to Tulsa Living Education at  P.O. Box 9225 Tulsa, OK. 74157. 

3. After completing the application, parents are encouraged to research the Charlotte Mason philoshohy if not currently familiar with it.  

4. After we receive your completed application and application fee, you will be contacted to set up a family session where we’ll meet face to face (or Zoom if needed) and see if we’re a good fit for one another. During this session, we will discuss the suggested reading and Charlotte Mason educational philosophy, gather additional information, and answer any questions.

5. Upon completion of the family session, we will notify you via email or phone of your acceptance-status.

6. Once accepted, the following steps must be completed to secure your child’s space:

   • Payment of the enrollment fee (per family) online (link below) or mailed to Tulsa Living Education, P.O. Box 9225 Tulsa, OK. 74157.

   • Completion of the Family Enrollment Agreement and Tuition Payment Plan
